Specialty Resins collaborates with customers on all levels of product development from concept development through design and development to end product performance. Our sales, marketing, and customer service people work together to fulfill and anticipate our customer’s needs. Research and Development, manufacturing, quality control, inventory and scheduling personnel ensure innovation, product quality, and on-time delivery.

In order to achieve cutting-edge technology, provide technical support to customers, and develop top-of-the-line products and improvement methods, we utilize the tools and technical experience embodied within the staff of our Research and Development, Analytical, Quality Control Laboratories and Pilot facilities.
Our laboratories specialize in polyester polyols, polyester powdercoat and thermosetting resins. Our R&D laboratory will work with our customer’s scientists to produce experimental resins in quantities as small as a single gallon. Sample turnarounds are typically less than one week. The pilot plant facilitates the commercial scale-up of new products by providing batch sizes up to 50 gallons. It also provides the same for customers planning to conduct their own scale-up experiments.

Specialty Resins' unique, state-of-the-art manufacturing process assures production of the highest-quality products available throughout the industry. Specifically designed agitators and mixing systems can handle a wide range of resin viscosities with excellent control of molecular weight distribution.
